This past weekend the Barriere U16 Girls, Barriere Stamer Logging U12 team and the Barriere Bruins played in the Knock’em Outa the Park Tournament at the Ranch ballparks in Raleigh.

The Barriere Girls won silver.  They went 3-1 in the round robin playing some outstanding ball.

They won their first playoff game against Cranbrook then went on to the finals to play Kelowna.

The Barriere Bruins won gold in the U14 Boys division.  They went 2-1 in the round robin losing  to 100 Mile.  The team bounced back to beat 100 Mile in the finals.

The Stamer Logging placed fourth in the U12 Boys division.  The tournament was a great learning experience for the team and they will continue to improve as they prepare for their Provincial Championship in Prince George on July 7-9.
