ELECTION 2017: All you need to know on May 9

After a month of campaigning, rallies and political back-and-forth, it’s election day in B.C.

Polls are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday. By law, your employer must give you four hours to vote. Not sure where to vote? Find your voting station on your voter card or use Election BC’s ‘Where to Vote’ tool.

You may also vote at any electoral district office until 4 p.m. Tuesday. Remember to bring voter ID or have someone vouch for you.
