Lions Quest award for Helen Fraser

!On Wednesday, May 18, the Barriere Lions Club presented area resident and retired teacher, Helen Fraser, with an award and certificate on behalf of Lions Quest for her lifelong commitment to youth and youth programs in the Barriere area.  Presenting the award is the new Barriere Lions Club president, Frank Gordon.   Lions Quest is a life skills and prevention program of Lions Clubs International Foundation, implemented in more than 50 countries around the world. Lions Quest programs teach young people skills necessary for everyday success bringing the school, family and community together. - Ward Stamer
